/ 01What exactly is OpenClaw?+
OpenClaw is a layer on top of Claude that turns it from a chat tool into a real teammate — running multiple agents in coordination, connecting to the tools you already use, automating repeat tasks, and respecting your access rules. We install it, configure it for your business, and (optionally) maintain it.

Yes — you provide your Anthropic / Claude account. We set it up on your machine or in your cloud, but the account and billing remain yours.
/ 04How is delivery handled?+
Async by default. Kickoff call, install over a screen-share or via a setup script, walkthrough at the end. Setup ships in 5–7 business days; Enterprise on a scoped timeline.
/ 05What if it doesn't fit my stack?+
We scope every engagement on a free 20-min discovery call before charging. If we don't think it's a fit, we say so. No charge.
/ 06Can I cancel maintenance?+
Any time. Maintenance is month-to-month with no commitment.
/ 07What's your refund policy?+
We commit to shipping your setup within 7 business days of the kickoff call. During that window, you can cancel any time — email hello@openclawfactory.io and we refund the full amount, no questions. Once delivered, the build is yours. Maintenance subscriptions are month-to-month and cancellable any time.
